Karyn Pettigrew, Amazon.com bestselling author of The Invitation: The Secret To Creating Your Best Life, published by Highest Good Publications, Inc., an imprint of the publisher of which I am the CEO, will be interviewing the owner of the Transitions Bookplace, Gayle Seminara Mandel along with several other small business owners including myself. The presentation, hosted by Karyn and titled, Living the Zesty Life will examine how people can develop the attitude and perspective necessary to bring the best to their lives.
At McCormick Place from May 4th through the 5th, Ms. Pettigrew and I will participate in different panel discussions. I will be presenting on the discussion titled, The Write Stuff: You’ve Finished Publishing, Now What? from 1PM to 2:30PM on Saturday, May 5th moderated by the publisher of Essence and Black Expressions magazines and New York Times bestselling author, Naleighna Kai. Karyn will participate in two presentations which will take place from 3PM to 4:30PM on Friday, the 4th and 11AM to 12:30PM on Saturday, the 5th. The focus on the 4th will be, “Entrepreneurship: Beyond Startup to Profitability” and on the 5th, “Living from the Inside Out: Tapping your Internal Goddess.”
