I launched EbonyEnergy Publishing, Inc. in 1999. It seemed to me that there were simply not enough books and creative expressions around from diverse, multi-cultural origins that trumpeted our common humanity within our differences. Our artists offer a point-of-view on what is essential to being a human being in the finest sense of the term filtered through varying experience. We take as our foundation a conviction that a deepened awareness of the struggles, victories, failings, and hopes we all keep as human beings constructively aids closure toward an ever more common awareness that we really are of one, human family.
